I had my Maxi-Jak approximately 3 years before I got to use it on a Tyre rotation on my Nissan Titan. It failed on the last lift. prior to that it was making the job so easy. I took a couple of photos and messaged them to the contact number explaining what I was doing and that it was well and truly out of warranty but I asked why it had failed. This was on a Sunday. I got a message back within the hour saying they dont know why it failed but they would replace it at no cost to me. The replacement arrived yesterday. Brilliant after sales service. Pretty much unheard of! Can not fault this company. Good job!

Big thanks to Rebecca for both the 10 ton and the normal ezi-jak and for sorting out the issue we had. We have purchased several jaks for our Aged Care vehicles and have used them on a few times with ease. Thumbs Up :-)
